LCWRA award

I was recently awarded LCWRA. And I believe I will get extra money. I have a advance payment and a budgeting advance payment deffered for a 3 and 6 months..
Apparently they might take the deffered payment out of the award till every thing is paid off.
Some one told me if that's the case I can call debt management and agree a payment plan for only a certain amount to be taken each month..
Is that correct?

They take a percentage of your UC payment and for someone with no earnings the rate is 15%.

For avoidance of doubt it is my understanding that it is not calculated as a % of the UC award, it is calculated as a % of the standard allowance (so does not include the LCWRA element, housing costs etc.). Would normally expect to repay over 12 months.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0

So at the min I am getting personal allowance.. I will be getting the extra money from this month... So if its only 15 percent what they take then its not really a big problem.
My assessment date ends on the 21st of each month. I have presented three sick notes so far, 3rd sick note was presented on 12th of last month. So I should be getting my award should this month right?0 -
The waiting period is 3 months and UC is paid in arrears so you will receive the extra money next month, not this month, if that message on your journal is correct.
I am still completely confused why you had that message on your journal within 10 minutes of your assessment.0 -
Advances are normally repaid over 12 months https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/universal-credit/claiming/get-advance-payment/

Not clear how the % rates quoted relate to this.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
Ahh OK, so this month will still be just my personal allowance then.. Next month will be extra month then..
And my medical assessment, no Idea, even my work coach was surprised, and she said its the 1st that she has seen0 -

So technically this Monday my 4th sick note should be going in.. So it should be this month right?0

So from tomorrow it will be my 4th shock note if it was presented.. Which I don't have to any more.. And my assessment ends on 21st..so its still not this month?0
