I only have one account mainly for online purchases. Got credit card with other bank but both are different colours therefore I would have notice immediately if it was the wrong card.
Been trying to work out in my mind the reason why I cannot recall I needed cash from ATM that account on that day.
It maybe I pressed the wrong button for cash instead of balance of my account.
The bank confirmed no money was dispensed from ATM but they confirm the said amount of money was taken from my account, which is a concern for me. Also, I am not sure whether the bank would have returned the money back into my account if I had not notice the money was taken from it
