Well done on passing on the crisps pollyanna :T

On the thread (as in groups) you'll find some people who like a daily treat and others who prefer to save syns. If you want to save them then the more you can pass on during the week the better. :)

You're right that a number of people have various trials to cope with. One of the things about SW is that it's something we can control when other things are going a bit crazy. There's also the fact that if you've got hard times to face then keeping healthy has to be good. :)

I decided to have a couple of syns of chocolate. It was the last square of a bar of Lindt Intense Cherry I was given. It was OK but a bit sweet for me. :)

Well done, good loss. Very rarely lose that much!

Good luck anyone weighing in today. Not holding much hope for a loss.

  • Well done debtfree!

Still on plan for me. Have 91syns left for the week. Looks like I'll be eating 9 of them today (unless I avoid the crisps again).

    B - Coffee (HEA1), watermelon (s), grapes (f), banana (f), apricot (s)

L - Broccoli and cheese soup (1/3 HEA2), WM Roll (HEB)
    WW Yogurt (0.5)
    Pufts - (3.5)

    D - Chicken Stroganoff made last Sat and frozen (P, F, S, 2.0syns)
    Rice (F)

    S - Alpen Bar (3.0)
    Tea x 3 (HEA1)

Will need to mix it up a little bit. Feel I am eating the same old things.

Tomorrow I am having a treat and having WW pizza for dinner which takes up a HEB and a HEA and so I am a bit stuck for lunch and breakie.

Getting bored of fruit for breakfast. Suppose I could have eggs for breakfast and jacket pot and beans for lunch (at work, so both need to be doable in a microwave).

PS how many syns in those little tins of beans that have mini frankfurter sausages in?

Pollyanna think the small tin of beans with sausage is 3 syns.

You could try the Mug Shots Chicken - always had them around when first on SW then they upt the point value..but think the chicken one is 1 syn just leave it to swell for about 5 mins and very filling...

Think tinned spag is low 1/2 for small tin.!!

I used to take a pack Aldi cooked ham or cooked beef and have with sliced toms and beetroot and have that for lunch at work...but we had fridge and micro wave...come to think of it we had a toaster too(women boss) thinks of everything:rotfl:

Just wanted to mention the Aldi Slimfit range....SW were really p......off regarding the sale of this range and I used to prefer the Slimfit Lasagne as not as sloppy as SW at Iceland....plus it was 100 cal less per pack. Our previous SW consultant who left...was a great Aldi fan...and was spotted by me buying several in Aldi last week ....

0.5 off last night. Star week, so delighted with that.

    B - Egg muffins
D - Ham and egg salad
T - Top Bloke making it so who knows? Will be free though.

    HEXA - Milk in tea
    HEXB - Hi fis

Syns... a wispa from some miniature heroes in the office (2
?) and maybe some pom bears later.

Wine and curry tomorrow so saving up :)
  • Vegastare - not that I've had one since I've started SW, but I honestly had just assumed spaghetti hoops in tomato sauce would be free. Think I will take some quark (to put in the potato instead of butter and it needs using up) and then some bog standard beans on top.

Just don't think I can face any more salad for lunch this week, that's why I'm thinking of alternatives.

Can't have my crustless quiche as that uses up a HEA and so that's why I was thinking of bringing eggs with me for breakie.

What are egg muffing Top Girl? Are they something that I can make tonight (avoiding cheese or any other HEA) and bring tomorrow to put in the microwave?

  • Is there a syn free pizza topping I can buy? I keep seeing recipes for it and I really won't have time tomorrow as at work. I was thinking of just putting puree on it, but if it was that simple, why do I keep seeing recipes for a pizza topping?!
