Re-glazing conservatory roof vent

I have two roof vents in a conservatory which have started leaking. The water is coming in between the double-glazed panel and the frame that it is sitting in. There is a rubber seal between the frame and the glass panel that has aged and shrunk. Hopefully the pictures below will show what I'm talking about.
What I need to know is how I remove the glass panel to replace the seals - I have no idea what the construction of frame is and which bits of UPVC can be safely prised off (if they need to be). There are two screws in each corner but I've not built up the courage yet to remove them and see what happens.
Before I break anything (my only glazing experience being good old wooden frames and dollops of putty!), if someone can advise on what the construction could be for the frame and how I go about removing and re-sealing the glass panel it would be much appreciated.

Never let it get you down... unless it really is as bad as it seems.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Big hammer.
Surely this is a job for a "glass smith"? Not the proper term but any company that installs windows will surely be able to help?
Of course if you cut yourself on glass and bleed all over the floor, the window becomes the least of your problems.0 -

Doh! Sorry guys. I will re-post
This is my go-to forum for most stuff that I do. I should stick with sorting out my tech problems rather than trying DIY!
I deserve all appropriate responses :doh:Never let it get you down... unless it really is as bad as it seems.0
