I tried to commit suscide just last week..
She had no forms or nothing as I only posted it Yesterday.
I also have heart issue which she looked at as I recently had an op and heart issue has come back

I’m not going to argue but I’ve known people in worst states and they have had to go through the proper process.

That’s why after reading your threads it is odd, confusing and not in line with the usual process.

As for the money I have no idea I have never claimed ESA so don’t know how it works.

Very strange indeed because an assessment report needs to be written and returned to DWP before a decision can be made. A HCP can not make a decision on a work capability assessment, they only make recommendations.



2 reports have to be returned to DWP a digital one and a paper one and the paper one can take 5 working days.

I have no idea, I am all new to this.. But this is what just happened. My work coach called and said she is amazed as well and I don't need to see her any more

For reference, the current waiting time from WCA assessment to decision is typically 4-6 weeks in my area. Like others have said, the HCP will write a report and make a recommendation which is sent to DWP. A DWP decision maker will then make a decision and inform the claimant of the outcome.

Dude, I even posted a screenshot. My work coach was surprised.. They had to book me a cab tho as they said they will not let me get the bus

Can a mod del this thread pl.. I am getting tired of negative comments. All I am saying is what happened with me yesterday and today.. And today's topic is about duduction from defferals....not one person has as answered that

OP, you are right to bring us back to your question. I wasn’t clear what you meant by budgeting and advance deferred. Advances and budgeting loans are usually paid back by deductions made over 12 months.

With regards to all the other comments these reflect the fact that your experience as described appears to have been completely abnormal. Posters have been trying to make sure that you have understood your situation correctly - I don't think any have been meant as criticism of you.

One was deffered for 3 months and the other for 6 months..
Now after the assessment today and I got this on my jounal, we may take money from what u owe with extra money money that pay me..
Will they do that?

As reg to quick decision, they might have got records about suscide self harm etc, who knows
