If anyone could have a look at my draft appeal
HERE
and see if this all makes sense it would be greatly appreciated!
To save having to read the entire thing:
Thank you in advance!
PS: Created a new post as my old one keeps dropping off the bottom of the first page and my appeal needs to go in ASAP (I'm already on day 33!)

HERE
and see if this all makes sense it would be greatly appreciated!
To save having to read the entire thing:
- Points 2 and 5 are copied and pasted from the templates
- Point 1 uses the template but has details added around no period of parking being specified (not sure if this is a valid argument to include?)
- Point 3 has personal circumstances and some images added to the template in the last 2 paragraphs
- Point 4 uses the template but has an image and details added in the 4th paragraph
Thank you in advance!

You're in grave danger that your POPLA ship has sailed. Don't wait any longer for critique - URGENTLY convert your appeal to a pdf and attach it the POPLA appeal portal, with 'OTHER' being your reason for appeal and press the 'SUBMIT' button right now! Absolutely no more delay.PS: Created a new post as my old one keeps dropping off the bottom of the first page and my appeal needs to go in ASAP (I'm already on day 33!)Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks - I did do this but had no response and it had dropped off the first page.
