what does that mean ? according to the few rules that there are re private parking ..... you need to look up 'grace periods' note the plural.

it isn't there problem???? soon will be when people start leaving bad feed back and going else where...... Lots of research done to show people will not go back after being scammed like this. They should be hounding the landowner to get rid of the scammers ....
