Refund On Debit Card not Credit Card - Help

If the parts not received are invoiced you can dispute them after 15 days via Visa chargeback
The rest sounds like a no, unfortunately.
It’s a common dispute, calling someone to come and fix a problem. Getting a chargeback is very difficult due to what’s invoiced, in most cases I’ve dealt with (100s).
The most common issue is price, but whatever’s on the invoice is what matters.
The second is the work done, often the invoice is vague and would just be for parts and or labour. So calling a man to fix a leak who doesn’t actually fix the leak doesn’t usually lead to a chargeback.0 -
Yes thanks for that. Its my own fault, i brushed the invoice off and signed it without looking. That is key here. Unfortunately i can only get a small refund for the parts not delivered. He quoted me double for the parts but on the invoice wrote down half the price because he knew i signed it and knew he wouldnt bother getting the parts and come back so charged as little as possible so i can get as little as possible back for the refund and no chance at all to get any other refund
Gutted how these cowboys rip everyone off
