Hey Everyone,
My mum recently had her giffgaff account suspended and sim deactivated without any reasoning and I'm struggling to get in contact with them to find out why. Has anyone else had similar problems with giffgaff.

To be specific: was that for an outgoing or incoming call ? You need to do something chargeable (outgoing call or text every 6 months) to keep it alive.
giffgaff do send me an email warning after about 5 months of inactivity, to remind me to use it or lose it. (gg sim is in my emergency backup phone.) But bviously you'd have to register with an email address to get that.0 -
