agreed , its complete and utter garbage being spouted

here is the real info about a decree
Money judgments issued by sheriff courts in Scotland are called decrees.

Decrees are the Scottish equivalent to money judgments, known as county court judgments or CCJs, in England and Wales.

Details of Scottish decrees are supplied by the sheriff courts to the Registry Trust.

Don't forget to complain to your MP about this unregulated scam as well.

Why not just search the forum for:

    Highview Scotland

...and read all the other threads like this?

Already discussed several times on threads and quite recently. You will see that the advice is to send the usual template appeal from the NEWBIES thread anyway, because Highview don't like it and will cancel.

Dead easy. Done more than once on here.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • well that was easy,

email sent yesterday, response received today that theyve cancelled it.
