Phone call from Lloyds

Hello,
I have recently put in a claim worth my bank (Lloyds) for PPI on a previous loan and credit card, and also for my packaged bank account.
I just received a text saying they wanted further information and they would call me. They did attempt to call but I was working. He has left details for me to get back to him and he will try again.
Shall I answer this call? I'm not very good by phone and likely to get anxious and confused answering his questions. If I don't call back will they write to me? What if I say the wrong thing? What if my claim gets scrapped?
Thanks in advance

Shall I answer this call?
You have made an allegation of wrongdoing. If they cannot immediately find any wrongdoing from the information you provided with your complaint and their files have nothing to suggest wrongdoing then they phone you to find more information out.
You would harm your chances of success if you do not speak to them. What if I say the wrong thing? What if my claim gets scrapped?
You can only say the wrong thing if you tell lies. So stick to the truth.0
