Phone call from Lloyds

Hello,
I have recently put in a claim worth my bank (Lloyds) for PPI on a previous loan and credit card, and also for my packaged bank account.
I just received a text saying they wanted further information and they would call me. They did attempt to call but I was working. He has left details for me to get back to him and he will try again.
Shall I answer this call? I'm not very good by phone and likely to get anxious and confused answering his questions. If I don't call back will they write to me? What if I say the wrong thing? What if my claim gets scrapped?
Thanks in advance

You should answer the call if you want to provide evidence to support your complaint, thus increasing your chances of success.
If you choose not to answer it, they will have to work with the limited information they have.0 -

I am a little bit stuck as I don"t have evidence, it was a long time ago. I'm also not sure of they are referring to the PPI or the packaged bank account.
To be honest I don't hold out hope on either claim, I know I had both but I really can't remember how it was sold to me.0 -
So phone them then you'll know!
They're not trying to trip you up, sounds like they want to know what you're complaint is actually about.0
