But I'm not sure if the Waterways authorities have a register of boat owners, although there might well be a GDPR/DPA issue in them divulging personal data to DE.
Yes the CRT [Canals and Rivers Trust...basically a way of making the authoritarian Ex British Waterways Board sound all fluffy and cuddly] do indeed pass over information on ownership of boats to the scumcos.0 -
