Hi all. Went in to store and asked for it to be cancelled. They took the number and said they would email them but told me not to contact TPS. Now the advice on here is to do both so is it worth me sending the template and adding on to the bottom that the manager has contacted you to cancel this notice so therefore do not contact me again on this matter?

You can add the above if you wish, but make absolutely sure you do not miss the appeal deadline, and do not reveal the driver's identity.

  • I only went in store last night. Just gone on the appeal section for TPS and it states PCN can't be found! They must have cancelled straight away! Goes to show that complaining to store does work! Thanks for all advice :)

That is what we keep telling people but very few seem to think of it or do it

A cancellation at source is always the best option

    Well done

Some people would rather pay the PPC their blood money than put their head above the parapet and complain to the organisation responsible for employing the scammers to harass them in the first place.

While you won't now need it, but for those reading this thread who need their complaints' backbone stiffened, here's a useful resource.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
