I submitted an enquiry via Resolver to Vauxhall Finance and it has been rejected as the claim I sent shows the date and time as 21.15pm on 30th August but I know I submitted it on the afternoon of 29th after seeing Martins advice on This Morning the day before saying to query any loans etc as you may not know you had PPI.
I also sent another claim via Resolver on 29th to Tesco and got a response straight away to say it had been received but when I looked at the case notes it states I submitted it on 29th at 2pm but not received until 21.08pm on 30th.
It seems the same thing has happened with my regard to the timings.
What can I do as I have no proof that I did send it in time?

To be honest it wasn't until I saw Martin on 28th saying to put in a claim as you might not know you have had it.
I'm currently recovering from emergency surgery.0 -

Well yes I know its been going on for a while - I'm sick of the advert like most people.
I don't know if I've had PPI and as Martin said submit a query as many people won't know they had it. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Thankfully I haven't been recovering for that long but if it weren't for the surgery I would have submitted early enough to not be in this situation.0 -
I'm not sure if I can do anything if it was Resolver but I only used them due to the advice on this website.0

Hold on - how many times have we seen on this forum "Don't use Resolver" because there are problems! Why is Martin still promoting this platform if it doesn't work? that's not the fault of the user! If the user is new to the site they really are not going to know just following what is being promoted at this late time .
Would it be churlish to ask why you didn't complain sooner than the very last day before the deadline?
A deadline is a deadline! from day one until the last, if the complaint has been submitted in time, as the complainant has said, the the platform should be able to deliver this, if it working properly! as Martin keeps promoting. It's not the fault of the user if it doesn't !0 -
Martin Lewis sold this site years ago, long before the Resolver acquisition. Nowadays, he merely enjoys a handsome retainer for use of his name on the website.0

Well it actually is the problem of the user. It's certainly notbthe problem of the lender if the complaint was received late. Complain to Sir Martin of MSE if his tool didn't work.0
