Well it actually is the problem of the user. It's certainly notbthe problem of the lender if the complaint was received late. Complain to Sir Martin of MSE if his tool didn't work.

I agree it's not the fault of the lender but Martin has to stop promoting the site if it is broken and cannot deliver on time! that's not the OP fault!:)

    "Martin" is promoting nothing.

MSE bought a share in Resolver and it's hardly surprising that they promote it on this site. The forum has always been wary.

MSE continues to simply pay Martin Lewis a handsome retainer for use of his name and image.

I'm not sure if I can do anything if it was Resolver but I only used them due to the advice on this website.
Well you could always sue MSE.

(Not sure how you'd fare if, as seems likely, you did not even have any PPI though :)...)

Resolver is free and came with no service guarantees.
You've had more than a decade to put in your claim.
This very forum had advice not to use resolver and specifically not to use it on 29th as it was congested
Take some responsibility for your own actions going forward, your posts are a list of "its someone else's fault" added to which, you don't even know that you had PPI nor that it was missold nor that you could prove that even if you had it and it was missold.
