I'm trying to use up Clarins Instant Concealer but I have mixed feelings about it. Firstly, the packaging is like foundation packaging. Too much product comes out. It is also thick and not easy to apply. However, it does a good job to brighten eye area. I'm off to US on Friday and likely to shop when I'm there. I don't feel I need much but the temptation...

The elf cami concealer is an excellent concealer. Jealous of your trip to US though we are revisiting Prague next week. Looking forward to the time off work.

Hope you enjoy your holidays VALM & asajj.

FCUK Body Scrub - just a mini pot that DD didn't want, it was a bit rubbish really, too runny.

St Moritz Instant Self Tanning Mousse - imo the best self tan for the money. WBA

Revolution Foundation Stick in F4 - love this and WMBA but have other foundations to use for now.

Superdrug Vitamin E Face Scrub 50ml - WNB, this was part of a GWP with an online order - annoyingly you can't remove the free products if you don't want them - this was not scrubby.

    PP list
Bath and Body Works Shea Butter hand cream
    Snake Venom eye cream
    Tweak'd hair mask
    Lacura Q10 serum - STILL!!!
    Liz Earle Skin Repair
    The Ordinary Rosehip oil
    [STRIKE]Elemis Balancing Lime Blossom cleanser[/STRIKE]
The Body Shop Chamomile Cleansing butter
    [STRIKE]Mini Aussie shampoo
    Mini Aussie conditioner

Aussie shampoo and conditioner gone. I only now own one full sized shampoo but have various hotel mini freebies to work through first.

Think either the TBS cleanser or serum will go next.

The shampoo and conditioner are ready to be cut open. Otherwise, not much progress.[/QUOTE]

I've been looking into Elf products for a while but never tried - thanks for the suggestion. I will give this a go when I need a new concealer.

Enjoy your trip to Prague too - lovely city.

    Thanks @dolly84

2 outs today- Sold a Kenzo Flower set and Laura Geller blush on EBay.

  • I went to a natural DIY beauty product workshop yesterday with my OH (pressie from OH). It was a basic introduction and operation. Came home with samples of lip balm, lip scrub, body butter, body scrub, leave in hair conditioner and hairspray. I’m not going to count these as INs, I’m not sure how useable some are, I’ll try to use some today..

Tossed everything in the bin after using what I could. Some things had gone off badly, maybe they were supposed to be kept in the fridge!? :(

  • First UUs of September:

Living proof healthy hair conditioner. WNBA. Was ok but nothing exciting. A nightmare to get it out of the bottle :rotfl:

Caudalie vinosource sorbet. WNBA. Sample. Felt a bit light for my skin.

Meant to also mention, I've thrown away a nail colour this morning that I was panning: OPI Amore at the Grand Canal. Gorgeous red but not unique. Have other reds. Will replace this with OPI Bullish on OPI.

  • Happy Friday 13th!

    Received delivery of ins:

3 x Oral b silk satin floss tape - HG
    MUA brown define pencil
Superdrug aloe vera antibacterial cleansing wipes, bought to take order to free postage
    Revolution cover up stick
Andrex flushable wipes - free sample pack to throw in travel bad
  • London baby most flushable wipes are not actually flushable so watch out.

UU: Rimmel match perfection loose powder. This took 16 months of more or less daily use to finish.

Still sticking to my replacement only no buy - just 4 INs year to date and none this month

I'm excited that so many brands are really trying to become more sustainable but there's nothing as sustainable as using what you already own.
