  • Hand it back before service due date and you will be fine. You should have thought about it a bit earlier, to make sure, you can arrange return on time.

Have you tried a car buying service like WBAC etc? The offered me more than the PCP guaranteed value and will settle the finance for you. They'll take into account if the service is overdue or just due soon
  • Thank you everyone for your replies. The situation has now been clarified. The major service is due and I have to get it done before British Car Auctions collect it later on this month otherwise they will charge me afterwards. The good news is that Audi Financial Services said that I can get the major service done at any VAT registered garage as long as they use Audi original parts. This is great as my local garage will do the service and use Audi parts for only £220 Vs the £500 quote I had from my local Audi dealership.

Have you tried WBAC/Evans Halshaw for a quote? As said above, they may buy it, pay off the finance, and give you back anything that is left over. All without having the hassle of servicing it and paying and damage charges.
