My contract with 3 Phone

Does anyone know whether it's going to be possible to get out of a contract with 3? My phone reception is very bad, calls drop, I can't get a signal etc. They taken my phone away to be fixed a few times and I've even tried other phones. I know it has nothing to do with my phone, it's definitely the network. They say that there network is fine but I know it is not. Have I got any consumer rights here?
