TNC Parking Charge SCOTLAND

To be clear, i have read the NEWBIES thread thoroughly and i have spent a long time looking at other threads but i have a specific question.
Context:
I received a letter dated 14th of August stating that i missed their letter on the 17th of July (which i never received). I assume this July letter was NtK. I have now received a letter from TNC stating "Notice of intention to advise clients to issue summons".
The bottom line is apparently i received a parking ticket (from P4) on 16th of June. I was not driving the car the day the ticket was issued and i know better than to name the driver. Furthermore, I went down the next day and did not see a parking ticket attached to my car (legitimately). I do not have proof of this because obviously, i didnt know i had been ticketed.
QUESTION:
My question to all of you fine folk is
I want to have my details removed from TNC so they stop sending me these letters but i also know that in Scotland i should just ignore all letters.
So i have 2 options
A) Ignore any and all letters
Contact P4 and have my details removed.
What should i do?

A).
Making contact with any of them will encourage them to carry on hassling you. It's that simple in Scotland.
Did they actually use the word 'Summons'?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The exact wording of the Letter is as follows:
Title: Notice of Intention to Advise Client to Issue Summons
Body: Please be advised that unless settlement of the above PCN is received by this office within 7 days of the post marked hereon we intend to advise our above client (P4) to instigate immediate legal proceedings against you.
Then it goes on with some guff and then they quote a court case from 2017 at Dundee Sheriff court. The one where the lady ignored 200-ish fines and got fined for £24,500.
Finally the usual guff of ways to pay etc.0 -
Yes TNC use the word summons. Their staff are even more rude and nasty then debt recovery plus but just as easy to ignore0

My main worry is that they are assuming, as registered keeper that i am liable for the fine. Which i know i am not as i was not driving.
So under no circumstances am i meant to contact P4 and let them know that i was not driving and that i do not accept responsibility as keeper for this invoice?0 -
