Suggest you read the NEWBIE sticky and also search the forum for Tesco threads by other posters. Was the PPC Highview per chance. Once you have read the NEWBIE sticky and some other threads, please start your own thread as it is bad etiquette to hi-jack someone else's thread.

yep, things are getting confusing :)

Just for anyone who reads this, I'm the OP, defence is in the previous thread page, any updates on the defence are going directly in post #17, thread was highjacked by Bowbow, it will all make sense if you ignore post #21

Thank you very much, I think it references all in the POC (172£ amount claimed, 25£ court fee, 50£ legal representation, total 247£).

The additional cost in the POC is a very good point and thanks for showing me that post.
I have updated my defence (post above) with wording that references abuse of process.
Do you think the wording at point 8 is sufficient?

I also plan to reference and put "abuse of process" in my witness statement.
So long as you refer to recent cases that have been thrown out for Abuse of Process (perhaps just put the case number - and there are now three) and then expand upon them in your Witness Statement.

Thanks, I have added the case numbers to point 8, I only found 2.

Unless there are other very helpful comments, I'll get this printed and sent out to the court tomorrow.

It's all good and can be expanded on at WS stage.

You are right, in which case maybe just point to the courts, Southampton, Newport (IOW) & Caernarfon and the DJs.

I have received the notice for proposed allocation and Directions questionnaire.
I have compiled them as per https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5546325/court-claim-procedure-updated-october-2016

I'm about to send it back, but I'm not sure where to send the claimant's copy to, there is no address for service on the questionnaire, but I have an "Address for sending documents and payments" (that is basically the claimant's lawyer address) in the original claim, is it acceptable for me to send it there?
