ShopKeepEasy in credit how to reclaim

Hello
I am in credit with ShopKeepEasy the uniform ordering site, I cannot find any way of transferring the ££ back to my account. It just says its there for my next purchase but I won't need to purchase again as our school is not using it anymore. There are no contact details other than the shop keeper name and no one knows who that is or a contact. Is my ££ just stuck in the account now, surely there should be a a way to get it back by consumer law?
I can't be alone with this problem. Anyone know how this works? Thanks. M
