Issue with Euronics/Belling

Hi all
After a bit of help/advice please...
I purchased a new freestanding oven from Euronics 2 Years Ago, it came with a 3 Year Guarentee. After around 11 Months the Rubber Seal around the Oven Door Split, the Belling Engineer came out and replaced the seal. The same seal again split in July this year and i asked for the Engineer to look further in to the reason why the Seal was Splitting, the engineer came out and had a proper look at the Oven and stated that the there was a dint/crease in one of the metal plates which are attached to the bottom of the oven where the small rubber feet of the oven sit, he also stated that the had caused the whole oven to twist so the whole unit is out of line slightly causing the seal to split. I went back to to the supplier Euronics who said they would get in touch with Belling direct and await there report etc. After waiting 3 Weeks i went back to the Supplier and was eventually told that after conversation with Belling Rep that as the unit was technically damaged and nobody could confirm when the damage occured they would not be repairing or replacing the unit. Also the supplier stated that as i had signed for the item on delivery and there was no mention of any faults or damage upon delivery and installation that they were happy thay had acted in good faith. I have stated that the item was delivered and installed by Euronics and the furthed it has moved since then was to be pulled out to be cleaned behind the unit and the damage is not visible to the eye only when have the unit on its side but to no avail, the engineer did state that the damage was very possible caused during transit but he has not included this in his report.
Im at a bit of a loss if there is any further avenues to explore regarding a complaint as both Belling and the agent of Euronics will not do anything more.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated..
Thanks

Its damage and you would need to prove otherwise via an independant report.
Your warranty/ guarantee from Eoronics/ Belling are not your consumer rights.
Consumer Rights are against the vendor .But again after 6 months you are going to have to prove your case .
Impossible to say two years down the line that damage is caused on transit or fitting .0
