Poor EE Mobile Reception

I am an EE customer on a contract which does not end for just over twelve months I recently contacted them about the appalling reception in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. They have admitted the reception in the village is poor and in fact a look at some of the websites which give reception comparisons do say this. They can give no clue as to when this will be improved, the only comment being that 95% of the UK should have good reception by 2020. When looking at comparison sites for the level of reception. I was amazed to find out that the Ofcom site suggests that there is in fact a good reception in the village itself. I tried to find somewhere to tell Ofcom that their information is incorrect but without success. Could be looking to change supplier next year but won't be using Ofcom for information.

TEST before you decide next year.
With network sims .0 -
My wife and I are both on EE and were in Saundersfoot last week. I can confirm that we both suffered signal outage and the same applied at Wisemans Bridge just down the coast.
Your best bet when coming to switch is to ask others who live there for advice on who they are with and the quality of the signal.0 -
Check the Rootmetrics web page, it covers signal measurements and download speeds from all the suppliers as tested by actual users via their app.

Checked ofcom figures which are completely inaccurate for this area at least. Couldn’t find any way of contacting them to tell them0

I don't know whether other networks are any better in this area, but the Ofcom coverage map allows you to easily compare the big-4 operators..
