Residential Parking Charge Notice - Double Yellow Lines

Thank you all for the replies so far. I'm reticent to contact my landlord regarding the lease as I recall from a previous conversation we've had that he's not too fond of people parking on the yellow lines...
I think my plan of action is to send the blue template while in the meantime, placing some friendly notes on the parking maverick's cars. Maybe if I play up to their egos and ask them to return the note / call me, they might be willing to share their strategy.0 -
Ive already told you, you dont need to. Contact the LR.0

Is the blue template valid also for IAS member companies? (I've not read the NEWBIES FAQ for a while - the blue one used to be for BPA member companies).
I presume you realise that any appeal to VCS will fail anyway, and that any further appeal to the IAS is futile?
Remember also that yellow lines on a private road are merely road art - they have no legal meaning.0
