Why on earth would you feed dog food to a kitten who is ill?
Talk about asking for trouble. If you don't know the best way to help your kitten then at least phone the vet for advice as a starting point. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I take it that you are unaware that cat food is totally different to dog food ? cats are carnivores
NEVER feed a cat dog food (especially an ill cat) - it may prematurely die if you do, it definately won't make a "good stomach"
