Then you need to email those items asap.  Your WS,  supplementary WS and evidence, cases, photos etc. plus your costs assessment.

Have you had the Claimant's WS & evidence - did they do it in time and you haven't?

    Update:

Just had my small claims hearing and the claim has been dismissed! Thank you so much for all your help.

The claimant will be disputing the ruling.

In terms of my "schedule of costs" - am i still able to claim these for a dismissed case?

    Thank you,
    Reddragon
Well done,  it seems whatever  the incompetent Gladstones do now, they are failures and we feel sorry for the parking companies who use them.

1: What was the reason the Judge dismissed
2: Name of the Judge ....... Which court .... Claim number PLEASE

Will they try again, they are stupid enough to try but those signs you have shown will dictate another failure. Trouble with Gladstones is they are out of their depth with their own scam

Send your costs schedule to the court

Was this a full hearing? Did you bring up your costs? if not ll you can do uis email the court asking, as you won, if you can have at least your ordinary costs - paid holiday time off work or loss of pay due to unpaid leave, up to £95.

The time for asking for your costs is 0.00003 seconds after the Judge says 'claim dismissed'.

Once you leave the courtroom (or end the telephone call) you have two hopes of getting costs - Bob Hope and No Hope.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

It was dismissed due to the writing on the signs not indicating that who ever entering the car park will be obliged to pay the fine, although something along those lines were in the small print, the small print was too unclear from the images they sent over as evidence.

Apologies, I couldn't remember the name of the judge. It was from the county court of Milton Keynes.

I was slightly unsure what could have been asked on the call, but I will send over an email to the court to claim what I can.

Thank you all so much for your help on this case!
