What name to put when claiming PPI for deceased husband?

Options
Helping my mum reclaim PPI for my deceased father with the Resolver tool.

Probably a silly question but do I put her name down first or his name down first? Most of his loans and credit cards were in his name only, with only a few being joint.

Cheers.

Do it directly with the financial institutions, the deadline is too close and people are having too many issues with resolver.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

You can't use Resolver to make a complaint on behalf of a deceased person.

You'll need to provide the Bank with proof that you have the right to complain as the executor of his estate.

As such, Resolver is singularly unsuitable, especially with just three days left in which your complaint must be received.

    EDIT:
In July, you said you'd already made a complaint using a Claims Company. You can't now make a duplicate complaint

According to your other thread your mother has already put a claim in via a claims company. Making separate claimed will not avoid any fees they charge.

Thanks, I have a copy of his will which names my mother as executor, a copy of his death certificate, plus proof of ID for my mother as well.

Turns out that claim was only for her and not for my father.

So you'll need to provide copies to the Bank along with your complaint . Forget about Resolver, therefore.
