Napier, BW Legal Final Notice question

I see it says we might need to have a look at an SAR request, as was mentioned in another helpful post to me with a link. If so, would that be to BW, or Napier?
Thanks again.
You can send them both one - give them some work to do. But the one from Napier is the most important. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks Keith P. It doesn't seem that straightforward on their site, sadly. I'll have to delve....0

So I should do this before I get the LoC? Thanks0

What is not straightforward? Thanks Keith P. It doesn't seem that straightforward on their site, sadly. I'll have to delve....
As suggested in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread, I stuck Napier Parking Privacy into google and pretty much instantly found the email address of their Data Protection Officer.
There is also a link to their Privacy Policy at the bottom of every single page on their website.
Umkomaas has already pointed you towards a SAR template.
Yes.So I should do this before I get the LoC? Thanks0 -
Many thanks for the reply,
I saw the SAR form on their site, and the one in the link. It asks for filling in driver details etc. I thought you were not supposed not to mention names? It's a company name that they have from the DVLA.
Cheers0 -
But their DPO's email address is also given.

Thanks again Keith, much appreciated. I see the the dpo@napierparking.co.uk email address, but the form is asking for details of the driver. Should I just fill in our company details here with no individual mentioned? Cheers.0
-
No need to fill in their form.
Send the near template SAR that can be found in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread and which Umkomaas has also directed you towards.0 -
Thanks again Keith,
Just to clarify, on the SAR should I put in only our company name and telephone number, not an individual?0
