Comparing flight prices - known destination but not starting point

I'm planning a holiday that involves visiting a few cities in Europe. I want to end up in Catalonia on a particular date but I have some flexibility in terms of where I'll be beforehand. Is there a website where I can state the starting airport as 'anywhere' but the arrival airport as somewhere specific?
In this instance I woud ideally fly into Girona (so there won't be hundreds of arrivals for me to search through on the date in mind). The likes of Skyscanner seem to let you state 'anywhere' as a destination, but not as a starting point.

You can set a country as a start point. i.e UK - Girona or France -Girona etc etc.
That shouldn't take long.0 -
See what you can do with ItaSoftware... it does not quite offer the search you suggest but gets quite close.
(Incidentally, it belongs to Google and so suggests that you use Google Flights, but offers a far greater variety of searches.)
Don't forget that Barcelona also has an airport.0 -
Thanks both.
You're right, I've had a go at this and it was quicker than expected (if only to show me that there aren't any immediately suitable flights to Girona from the general area I was thinking of!).budgetflyer wrote: »You can set a country as a start point. i.e UK - Girona or France -Girona etc etc.

I hadn't heard of ItaSoftware so will give that a go. And yes, Barcelona opens things up a bit more and based on what I've looked at today it will probably be worth looking at flights to there. Girona is ideal in terms of where I'm ending up but Barcelona would be relatively straightforward, just a bit more hassle of a bigger airport and city to get through.Voyager2002 wrote: »See what you can do with ItaSoftware... it does not quite offer the search you suggest but gets quite close.

It's odd because although this is probably a slightly unusual thing to search for, I can't believe no-one has wanted to check this out before. In my case, I'm using an Interrail pass for most of the trip and will have a travel day where I can get to somewhere in eastern Europe (it would take too long to get all the way across to Spain on the train). If I could get a flight from that place for, say, £1 - wishful thinking, I know - I would happily go and explore somewhere new on that basis. Given that these websites let you search for an 'anywhere' destination, I assumed they would do the reverse too.0 -
Perpignan is similar distance as .Barcelona0
