    Sorry mate, the message was not meant for u, it was addresed to Dan_Collins, who accused me of ignoring his messages and when confronted with evidence decided to do a runner!
  • For reference FOS/Legal Complaints Service D&I payments (distress and inconvienience) are normally capped at £150

    Confronted with evidence? Who are you inspector Morse?

    I did not do a runner, I left because you hijacked another thread it got messy, hijacking threads is not the done thing and can lead to confusion and bad info. I bet the OP has now missed out as you have came in a confused everybody! (Well me anyway).

    Us brokers dont have to help, we try to help because we understand that the financial world is a scary plass if you do not understand it. Just like if I tried to fix my car, I would not have a clue but a machanic would!

    Please start a new thread in future.

    If a so called financial adviser has written a small paragraph with such a bad English and spelling mistakes, I would not even touch them with a bargepole.

    Never had any complaints about my advice, I jumped in to financial services in 1999 so I cant be that bad! I work off refferals and they keep coming back ! :dance:
