I've now had a second response from Trace that does not include any of the original correspondence between NCP and themselves, but contains all of the most recent correspondence.
I have to say. it looks like NCP just sent them everything they had on the keeper and the vehicle, including data that they initially said they didn't have (in response to the original SAR to them), and data that doesn't relate to the PCNs that Trace have been instructed to handle. Not confident that the ICO will do anything with the complaints.
At any rate, it is now known that Trace is acting on NCP's behalf (has taken two months to get confirmation).0
