PPI on new cards post bankruptcy

Hi I went bankrupt in 2009 and was discharged a year later. I got an aquacard in 2013 to try to rebuild my score. Would I be able to claim for this.

You will be eligible to complain yes.
Will you be awarded redress? Given most lenders stopped selling it around 2009/10 the answer is probably no.

Banks mostly stopped retailing PPI on loans and credit cards in 2009.
So your post-bankruptcy complaint is a non-starter.0
