PPI on new cards post bankruptcy

Options
Hi I went bankrupt in 2009 and was discharged a year later. I got an aquacard in 2013 to try to rebuild my score. Would I be able to claim for this.

Thanks.

Dave

You will be eligible to complain yes.

Will you be awarded redress? Given most lenders stopped selling it around 2009/10 the answer is probably no.

Did you have it (it’d Be listed on your statements) and why are you unhappy?

    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

PPI was mostly finished by 2009, it's unlikely you had it.

PPI would not have been (mis) sold to you in 2013.

Banks mostly stopped retailing PPI on loans and credit cards in 2009.

    So your post-bankruptcy complaint is a non-starter.
