This year my current cash ISA account ended with Virgin and I transferred the amount to a new ISA account with Virgin but did not pay in any new money. Can I open another cash ISA with another bank in order to pay in new money? Can I transfer the existing funds to another bank and then add new money?
Thanks

Yes, you can do either of those things, but you cannot do both.0
