Thank you for the vote of confidence Curly Top. I'm blushing.....:rotfl:

So many kind, supportive people on these threads who are always willing to share their knowledge and expertise. And often with such humour and wit.

Vive all you lovely Wise MSE'rs.

JackieO, who I think of as my dearly departed Aunt Pat, so many of her ways are the ways I too was taught by the great lady ( still missed )

Pastures New, I adore her posts

Monnagran, Mrs LW, Greyqueen, Lessonlearned, and another who doesn't post now -FagAshLil - such a sense of humour :)

But I think all the regulars on here are just legends. Everyone one of them/us willing to share their time and experience

I liked Weezl's scientific approach! There was someone on here in my early days called DandD. She had some good recipes.

    Where would I start???

JackieO is a wonderful example to us all, there is the other Jacqueline from Glasgow.....who picked me up at Prestwick airport in spite of her husband's fear that Meanmarie might be an axe murderer!!Thanks to her I have a lovely picture of dear late pets Kerry and Thunder by another wonderful MSER......Sue Green.

Then there is Hester, Csarina, Monnagran, Mrs McAwber, Caterina (sorry to hear that her OH is unwell), Ivy ,Grey Queen, Lame Wolf, Mrs Lurcherwalker, and all the lovely people too numerous to mention, especially our departed friends Pink, Diva, Twink and Squarely.

I have learned so much since February 07 and made so many friends in this wonderful fellowship, it is not just a money saving site but a platform for worldwide friendship.

I have so many! I've been here for about 10 years now and learned a whole new way of living that has now infiltrated my principles and even my personality. I've had a lot of help over the years and for fear of leaving anyone of my heroes out I won't mention them, but you all know who you are. :D

One name that I do need to mention is kittie. It was her tough thread that drew me in at a very difficult time. It was full of so much information and where I got to know many of the names above and more. I now get to call them my friends. :)
  • I remember D and DD, I still make one of her recipes.
    Chin up, Titus out.
