LOL

Nowadays we drink out of the bottle , glasses are SO last year !0 -
SOGA if its 6 months plus i dont think would cover for replacement but repair
If a shop will go to the trouble of repairing a Nokia charger, then so be it.
My guess is that they will replace with a new one.
I wish people would learn and understand the rights that they have.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
But it isnt .......we used a non Motorola charger on OH phone and the charger melted ,hence my request for a "real" one .
to be honest, i think you'll find the real one goes faulty before the "fake" one. i would buy from a shop, that way, if the charger is faulty you can take it back and claim for any damage to your phone.
i've had loads of original nokia charges back faulty, i just exchange them for one of our own ones and i can't recall ever having any of them back at all.
ps, it's the new smaller fitting i'm talking about.
It is better to be thought of as an idiot than to open your mouth and remove all doubt0 -

just talking from my experience,
we dont have the facility to just exchange it after the 28days
so we'd have to send it away for repairYes Your Dukeiness

Hi, I know your all up and running again, but I think that the real Mccoy Nokia Chargers are not fit for thier purpose.
Like Eljay I just swap a faulty charger for a non gen one, that has a thicker cable. My customers then don't normally have a problem.
I have tried sending chargers to Kuehne & Nagel (Nokias repair centre, and they just go missing. No way of tracking them as they only work by IMEI's.
My local Nokia service centre has said that Nokia wouldn't exhange them anyway but there is obviously an inherant fault, but dealers are just as bemused as customers with the lack of quality of these chargers.0 -
I'm still using my charger from 2001.:)
I suppose I was lucky.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
Hi Saint
This reliability problem has only occurrd since the new smaller pin chargers came about.0 -
I know that op solved the problem but I thought I'd add that I recently got this one as a spare for less than a fiver delivered and am very happy with it.
