I had paid into childcare vouchers till 2016 and was using it in between to pay for childcare. Between us we ended up with 3 accounts(2x computershare and 1xbusy bees) and one of them remained unused(the busy bees)

The unused one was temporarily suspended by Busy bees and the balance withdrawn. That is £2900 withdrawn by Busybees, leaving the balance 0.
I have been in contact with them and they have rejected the claim and citing their T&C.

I might be wrong, but their T&C had not included inactive account and taking money from account.

What can I do ?

After a lot of to and fro and asking for when the T&C was amended, they refunded the money back - £2930, its not a small sum to have not missed!
Yes it is busy bees or Hive or whatever they are called nowadays.
