I just an email from Virgin saying I will have to pay an extra £3.50p a month from October it did say at the end I could cancel my contract and there would be no charges for doing so.
I am looking for a cheaper alternative than Virgin which includes Broadband, Television, and if I have to a phone, recommendation, please

You will need to be more specific; what BB speed do you require, what TV channels do you need. Maybe you only need free channels?0

Free channels via Freeview on TV ??
You do not have to have a phone .
You do have to pay Line Rental for the data line , using a phone is up to you .
Have a look at the sticky top of this page and select the services you require .
BT Plusnet Sky Talk Talk and more all do broadband .0 -
