Let’s not also forget the extra 20k fine.

So surely it’s hmrc needing to be challenged by an accountant? Because 20k fine is more than balance. That seems exhaustion to me.

I think the problem is.

The country is in a state, I think it’s also hard to hear that MPS increase there salaries whilst reduction else where and when MPS have you seen there champagne bill for a year?

You can’t ignore the fact that money is being wasted left right and centre and not a get in line attitude.

I’ve challenged hmrc various times and won with my accountant; all it not lost. But get an accountant ASAP and this should of been done straight away to

When I won in the pat they actually owed me money back after going to court.

There is someone who has got a bru for 8 yrs for falsely submitting expenses as someone in the construction industry and then going bankrupt for 48k

Very similar to you so I would expect the same if you went bankrupt
