As above, don't go to the police. Can't believe you haven't left and were prepared to put your children in danger. If him jumping off a bridge means you and kids are safe, so be it. Doesn't sound like the world will miss him.

I have to say that I find the bit in bold shocking and distasteful in the extreme.

If username901 wants to edit the post, I'll delete the bit where I've quoted it.

What I would advise the OP to so is read back through the threads she's started since joining MSE and have a long, hard think about whether the relationship she is in is a good one for her and her young children.
