LISA + Help to Buy ISA combo for first time buyer couple

If a couple are looking to buy their first house together*, can one of them use a LISA, and the other use a help to buy ISA, and therefore make use of the 25% on both products? I've not seen any info about this precise combination.

*I don't just mean the first time they've bought together; I also mean the first time either have bought a house.

Yes, if both are first time buyers then one can use a LISA and the other a HTB ISA, both benefiting from the 25% bonus, provided the property purchase is compliant with the rules of both schemes.
