    Go to post #3#, its a follow up letter normally sent after a provit letter has not had an adequate response.

    The last three paragraphs (in pink) may apply to you.

    Edit the letter to your situation, they then have 8 weeks to issue a final responce, if you remain unhappy, progress the matter to the FOS and also, the ICO, one way or another, this will be resolved, it just takes a little effort on your part, as the complaint must reach the right people.
