talktalk change of details

Hi all looking to change the account details of a current talktalk contract. It would be the name & the bank details that would be changing. Having looked online it appears I need to complete & form & physically post it to them. This form would contain the bank details of the new account you want the payment taken from. I don't know how I feel about sending bank details via post as anyone could access the letter.
is there a way to do this online or over the phone? Seems bizzare that in this day & age you can't make that kind of change that way given you can take out a contract from scratch online/over the phone.

As opposed to your email getting hijacked ??. If your email is already pawned , is it ?



Why dont you ask TT who surely know .
