disconnection not gone through as requested

Hi all,

I have given a months notice to my home BB supplier (voda) and was due to be disconnected on the 16/8, but for whatever reason it has not happened...
Am i liable for any charges after the disconnection date ? In theory this could go on forever, should i tell them of their stupidity or just leave it...BTW, having virgin installed via a cable soon, if that means anything..
