Turned down for contract, any comeback?

Summary
- Was away travelling, had my sim scammed, in dispute with Vodafone over the bill since April. Vodafone refuse to answer letters, emails, calls and just keep passing from one debt agency to another
- Now on the third agency
- Applied for new O2 contract as I back in the UK
- Rejected, I would assume as a result of this bill.
- Indeed I have taken out contracts with Virgin Mobile etc since my return home.
Do I have any comeback, as I have a very good credit rating apart from this issue which is under dispute?

Check the credit reference agency used by o2 and find out what it says about you.
If it is wrong, get them to put it right, then try again for another contract.0 -
Worth trying this, you can cancel without any monthly charge. I've used it before to check all my details were correct. With Quidco you can make money so you've got nothing to lose.
