I'll be honest. I wouldn't be buying that sort of thing from a chinese seller.

plenty of cheap 7.1 versions on Amazon (stocked by Amazon)
For this stuff I tend to avoid Ebay as its flooded with chinese sellers.
At least with Amazon you have a warranty to fall back on.
