This should be easy to find.....but Halifax online doesn't seem to want to tell us....& google is more keen on moving to another ISA!!
Is it as simple as going into a branch with ID and getting a transfer or bankers draft from them?
Thx!

To a certain extent it'll depend on exactly which account you have, but assuming it's a cash ISA that's either easy access or at the end of a fixed term then you should have straightforward access to your funds.
The Ts & Cs for all Halifax savings products are at https://static.halifax.co.uk/assets/pdf/savings/pdf/savings-account-conditions.pdf so find your specific one within that and it should help.
If you have online access then you should be able to simply shift the money to another account from there, or if it's exclusively managed in branch then go there to do so. If you want to close the account as well as withdrawing the money then check the above Ts & Cs for details....0 -
It was an old Kids ISA (back in the day when 6% was the rate) that lapsed as an adult into 0.1% regular....
& she now has better S&S ISA & LISA, but given this year she will no-where near add her limits, it will be easiest to just withdraw the lot & filter into those rather than bother with a transfer!
& no online access, so a visit to a branch is called for.

It should also be possible to do what you need to do by phone....0
