How to complain about flirty Tesco staff?

My partner regularly uses the cafe at our local Tesco and on quite a few occasions now she's told me there's a guy who works there who's constantly asking for her phone number and Facebook details despite her telling him on each occasion she's not interested and has a partner. He doesn't charge her for her and my son's food/drink despite her insisting on paying, he refuses saying you can repay me by letting me take you out.
I've never been one for complaining but this guy clearly isn't going to get the message and is making my partner feel uncomfortable, so much so that she's stopped going in there which she shouldn't have to do. I don't want to go in there causing a scene but something needs to be done. Any advice on how I can deal with this would be greatly appreciated!

Your partner is an adult so if the situation bothers her then she should be the one to complain - not you giving them second hand information.

Why do you not go with her if she feels uncomfortable? Perhaps showing up and acting like a man, the guy will get the message

I'm puzzled how he can undercharge her in front of other customers and the child . Don't other people hear the conversations

Your partner - that's a tea and a juice please.
Shop assistant - that's free, repay me by going out with me
Your partner - I'd like to speak to your manager/supervisor now please.

    Problem solved.
If she's been agreeing to the freebies, she's really not been doing herself any favours here.

Okay....being generous and assuming this is a genuine story (it IS school holidays...and the story is less-than-credible.....)

Surely he isn't the ONLY person working in the caf!? I would go to a different till to pay for my coffee...even allow someone to go ahead of me to make sure I avoid the troublesome staff member.

If it is table service then I would suggest wait until he refuses to charge for the meal and asks for a date in lieu of cash and then slap his face and shout loudly 'UGH NO! HOW DISGUSTNG...HEEEEEEEEELP!'....or less confrontational, simply go to another staff member and ask for the duty manager and explain what had happened.

If you can't accompany her...how about suggested she takes a friend...another Mum and child perhaps...if/when it happens again they could simply laugh as if the situation was meant to be humorous..it would leave her feeling safe with minimum confrontation.

As mentioned above, if this is to be believed, your partner is an adult so she should be capable of making a complaint, initially to the store manager and then Tesco head office, that she feels she is being harassed by this employee. They would also be interested in the fact that he's giving away free shopping.
