It is possible via Nectar e Shops,
    https://www.nectar.com/eshops
and direct through Argos in limited circumstances

I certainly had a Nectar email a few weeks ago, offering me a couple ways to earn points at Argos as a special limited promotion.

This was directly through Argos and not Nectar e Shops.

All online only as far as I know.

Thrown into this last Oct 2018 my store was one of three trial stores. I was told you opt in prior to certain date or loose points....this was untrue. Told you no longer get points unless you agree to changes and get the app, again not true, you only get points for items that you choose as your 5 favourites and the weekly choices, so using for clothes etc no points -again not true. I signed up online and get my weekly offers sent each Friday. I also became an Aldi or Tesco shopper and use Sainsbury for my advantage only. This week my offers for example were Drury sliced ham £2.00 and 100 points ( I bought it last week so they decided I might want it again) so if I go in this week and want ham this plus a 100 points is the no brainer:mad:

I aired my views on here and the disgust at the way Sainsbury were in my opinion trying to ditch there older shoppers who where not glued to a smart phone. I stood behind one couple who kept saying to the guy explaining New Nectar that they didn't use a mobile phone.

FYI the website I get directed to via my email and password is https://nectar.sainsburys.co.uk .

I was told the reason for rolling out new nectar was to cut back on the printing of offers at tills that I churned out with your till receipts.
I honestly thought this scheme would fall flat as so many folk I know seem to not like it and its predictive shopping aspect....even staff have told me it is not liked.
Have spoken to them and emailed them is past and no problems, but as only 3 stores were involved I assume the demand was less.

New Nectar certainly changed my shopping habits...to Tesco and Aldi.
Just to conclude what supermarket decides to roll out New Nectar in a store that has a new sparkling Aldi opening less than half a mile away one week after the new Nectar trial starts.

Don't think it has done them any favours, I shop there less and to be honest with modern Aldi on the doorstep what good are points
